Do I need an account to order?

No. The cart works in your browser and checkout is guest checkout. Accounts are not open yet.

How is my code delivered?

By email, to the address you order with, after we confirm stock and payment. There is nothing to download.

Which payment methods can I use?

We reply with payment instructions after confirming the order. Depending on the order and your location we may offer bank transfer, card / PayPal or crypto.

What if I pick the wrong region?

Tell us before paying. Once a region-specific code has been delivered it cannot be swapped, so we double-check the region with you first.

Can I get a refund?

Digital codes cannot be returned once delivered. If a code does not work, contact us before redeeming anything else - where the fault is ours or the code is invalid, we replace it or refund it.

Do you need my game password?

Never. For top-ups we only need the public player ID or username. If anyone claiming to be us asks for a password, do not send it and tell us.
